my grandson had a rash off and on for 2 weeks the rash went away and then he got a stomach virus-vomiting but no dirrareah-spent 2 days in the hospital with iv fluids and 20 minutes before going home threw up again,the doctor said take him home let the virus run its corse........

It is known fact that rashes sometimes appear without good reason and since you are worried grandparent it is understandable that you are freaking out because doctors are behaving like it is not a big deal.
My sister has two children and when they were little all I can remember was waiting room in our clinic. They weren’t sick all the time but my sister didn’t want to risk about anything. Viral infections are very common and if your doctor has said that your grandson is fine and that some time needs to pass than stop worry.
