tri -sprintec pills??

hi...my question is when taking the medication Tri-Sprintec, when do you get your menstruation? Do you get your menstruation on the first week or the last week? i know that in Ortho- Tri Cycle you would get the menstruation on the last week? But since this is a generic brand is it the same???
