If you have a partner, then I suggest having sex in moderation. You know, slow, normal, then fast. The usual. Not a "quickie".
And if you have no partner, you can go to a sperm bank and get that injected in your vagina. Or, if you don't know where one is, you can ask a male friend or boyfriend to jack off and put there sperm in a cup, then get it injected that way.
