I found out I had pcos about 3 years ago. Me and my man have been TTC for 12 months now. The first 9 months we were just letting things happen but nothing came of it. So I did my research and started taking D3, omega 3, b-complex, vitex and a multi vitamin. Also checking my CM everyday. After taking them for 2 months my cycles have finally changed. My cycle started 05/29 on cd 18 (for the first time ever) I actually had eggwhite cm, we bd like crazy. At about 5dpo I started seeing this thick lotiony cm that would come in globs (never had that before) now at 10dpo, where in previous cycles my cm was dry and sticky, my cm is very wet and lotion like. Do you think this is just because of the vitex or could we have actually conceived? I am worried about testing because I always get so sad when I see the negative so I am waiting another week before testing.
