Tubal ligation about 4 years ago, abdominal swelling and look 7months pregnant but just had a period

i am 24 years old and have type 1 diabetes. i had my 2nd daughter 7 months ago via c section and due to complications with pregnancy had a tubal ligation. ever since then i have been sick with extreme nausea which has gotten worse with time and within the last few months have had headaches, diarrhea, frequent urination, heart racing, dizziness, no appetite , and weight gain along with the nausea. my upper abdomen is also very swollen and seems like its getting bigger and bigger. my first thought was pregnancy so i have taken at home pregnancy tests and been tested at the doctor and they all say negative. what else could it be? ive never felt so miserable. help! i go to the doctor in 5 days but i dont know if i should wait that long. i also have had heartburn which i never have unless im pregnant

OK so I had a tubal ligation exactly one year ago today. Tied & burned.. Ever since that day of my procedure everything was great. Had sex not even 3 days after. My period has always been irregular as it is now, but yes I also felt like I had so much trapped air in my stomach like I had a huge belly bulge. Every month I felt bigger and I'd eat regular as I used to. I was skinny from the top of my tummy but it was just that bulge that made me look pregnant too. I was really regretting my surgery so bad. I felt I had to find a way to lose that bulge fast and u know what it wasn't so much the bulge, but the fact that all that trapped air I felt was still their made me feel extremely bloated everyday since surgery. Well I read a lot of stories how even exercising won't relieve all that. So I had to go cheap but extreme.. f**k it, I just wanted to feel better again. So yeah I went to the flea market last month in November 2017 with my mom. I bought me some pills that I've tried before but never really worked for me, but I'm like oh well I'll get them again since they were the last the lady had. Their called Acxion, their Mexican diet pills.. Well my mother on the other hand was getting a gel called Bamitol to lose weight and a lady walking by tells her ma'am don't get that one cause I've tried it and it doesn't work, she's like look try this one it's the same but it's for animals use it's called BAMITOL, It's a white looking container, the gel is green and smells pretty strong like menthol or something like that. Well my mom bought it and before I tried it I read about it and a lot of people use it to lose weight. It is bad if u read about it, but like I say everything u use or eat or whatever is bad for you. So I said let me give it a try at least 7 days since I read they use it to put on animals when their inflated.. so I'm like maybe it might work to get rid of that trapped air I'm feeling that won't let me lose weight.. Well let me tell you guys. I tried it, I was scared cause it's for animal use, but the first day I rubbed it on my stomach bulge where I felt that trapped air and strapped myself with my waist trainer than fell asleep with it and when I woke up I was like NO WAY!! I could suck my stomach in again, I felt no trapped air anymore, I was absolutely amazed. I kept on putting it 3 times a day for 7 days and took my pill once a day and here I am in less than a month back to how I used to be before surgery.. Anyhow just thought I'd share my story as bad as it might sound. But here I am feeling great..

Omg! My coworker who happens to be Mexican recommended Bamitol to me. I told her she was CRAZY because it's used on horses. Lol now I'm going to be crazy and give it a try because I'm so tired of looking 4 months pregnant, being gassy, and bloated.

Reading your question just raised my hopes a bit. I had my tubes removed November 2017 after my 4th pregnancy. I weigh more now after surgery then when I went in to have it! I don't understand either it was like bloating from surgery never went away and I haven't changed anything! I definitely know how you feel! I can't even button pants that I could button 9 months pregnant! Ridiculous and I'm so upset about it.

It's been 2 years since my tubal and I still get asked when I'm due and it's really depressing it should be information given at time a woman is considering a tubal that tbey will look pregnant after the tubal I regret it 100%

I regret too! I did tubal ligation 2 years ago. My abdomen is big like im 6-7 months pregnant. I feel disgusting! My stomach is on my way all the time. My children can’t lay on my stomach because it’s very uncomfortable feeling. Especially if my 2 years old baby girl kick me with her foot, I wanna cry!
I should go back to those doctors and adk them what they did to me. Because how I said, this stomach is ridiculous and my back hurts bc of that.

My scar is rock hard like it's pinned to my pelvis and the lose skin hangs over the top like a maids apron. But the worst part is that I STILL LOOK 8 MONTHS PREGNANT !
I always feel full and hardly eat at all because of it. I dont drink soft drink I have an extremely healthy diet no take away food ever. I have 5 kids and a business so I rarely stop moving or sit down. I feel so disgusting. I still can't even see my vagina ! Haven't done in over 5 years..even if I try to force my stomach flat I still can't see it.
Anyone got any answers ?

If u have an iud take it out
Iud give u water retention and makes u fat
When I put it in I gained 30 pounds the doctors would lie and say it has nothing to do with it
I finally took it
Out a year later
And I lost 30 lbs in 6 months
By myself without exercise
It’s like after every heavy period my body was going back to normal
