Two pregnancy test yesterday and both came out positive but today like around 11am i spoted light brown

Hi I took two regnancy test yesterday and both came out positive but today like around 11am i spoted light brown i whipped and there was nothing... But later on like around 12pm i went to the restroom and when i whipped theres was blood like light red & i have cramps... Now i dont know what to do im scared that i might have mc.. Can any 1 give me any advice on what to do or tell me whats going on im really scared
