Two small, smooth, hairless patches around my lower mons pubis.

So, there's these two small, smooth, hairless patches around my lower mons pubis. I'm not sure if they've been there long but they're not like lumps, they don't rise, they aren't swollen, and they're not filled with anything. They're just lighter spots and I wanted to know if I should be concerned. They aren't big, maybe like half the size of my pinkie. [but i've been told I have small hands so I'm not sure if that helps]
