I went to the doctor today for my stomach pain that i've had for 3 weeks. I have heartburn slight, nausea, no vomiting. He asked me if I had any cancer in my family. I said no. He ran some tests like for H. Pylori, a blood cell count test, liver and pancreas function test.

Just want to know how likely it is that I have cancer and not ulcer. I am 29 year old male, non smoker.
