ok so I am a teenager 14 years old and I am uncircumcised and I recently got head and ever since then my penis has kind of burned like well the tip to be more precise and I have noticed that my penis has started to look more like ashy as if I need lotion on it and I just don't know what's happening anyone have any ideas?

I can pull my foreskin all the way back but I don't really wash my penis in the bath
IT sounds like you may have smegma built up on your glans. When you are in the bath next try pulling back your foreskin and rubbing your glans and the pulled back foreskin and seenit the white waxy film comesnoff
