uncontrolable shaking after boyfriend fingered me

so basically, i was round at my boyfriends house last night and we were mucking about and he fingered me very slightly, he never entered me and he was mostly outside my knickers. I didnt orgasm or come even close to it so its nothing to do with that but afterwards (we were mucking about for like 2 hours, only a small bit of it was him fingering me) i went to stand up and i was really off balance and for the rest of the night i couldnt stop shaking, when i was standing it was my knees that were shaking and when i was sitting it was my arms and whole body.
