I have had pains (sort of like a cramping pain) under, but right across my rib cage. it only happens every now and again and not very often but when it does happen i get really dizzy, really hot and feeling like passing out. it lasts for about half hour somtimes shorter sometimes longer but it an unbarible pain that i cant find the answer to.
