I just took a pregnancy test and the results were positive. I am only 17 years old. Im in the top ten percent of my class and have an SAT score of 2160. I made a big mistake. I can not tell my parents. I live in New Jersey. Is there a way I can get an abortion without my parents' consent? If there is then, how and where?

Check with Planned Parenthood. I don't live in NJ but from what I can find you do not, at this time, need parental consent.
But, you may have some symptoms after the procedure.
