I am 32 years of age. I am of olive completion and the other day I noticed a small white patch on my arm within a week it had grown. I have pain in my legs and left arm constantly now it is a shooting pain in my head also. I can not sleep. What should I do?
The small white patch on your arm, when contrasted against your normally olive complexion, is suggestive of a lesion caused by an insect bite. Your leg pain, arm pain and shooting pain in your head may be indicative of a bacterial infection, or the effect of poison from a spider. You need to see your doctor right away and be tested for Lyme disease, and possibly other bacterial infections that were introduced secondary to the bite wound. Your doctor will likely put you on a regiment of antibiotics while awaiting results of the blood test. This is very serious.
I have pain in my legs sometimes during the day but mostly when I go to sleep. Is this because I am growing?
