Unusual lump near tonsils. Throat cancer or just an infectio

So I noticed lately that I have been getting small deposits of white pasty-looking stuff in the crevices of my right tonsil. But my left tonsil doesn't seem to be affected at all. I can squeeze it out, and I clean it out after, and brush my teeth and use a mouthwash. But it keeps coming back. My parents think it's probably just a little irritation, but I've had it for over two months now! I don't think it's tonsillitis, either, because my tonsils aren't swollen. They are the normal size. But sometimes, when I am brushing my teeth or cleaning out the white stuff, I notice that my right tonsil is absolutely covered in blood, and that it's dripping down my throat. Neither my parents nor myself know what it might be. My doctor thought it was just pharyngitis, but we now know that that is not the case.

I was feeling around my throat the other day, prodding along the outside like a doctor would do, and I noticed that my right tonsil felt, to me, a little more swollen than usual. I felt my left tonsil, but it was the same size as it always is. It feels like there is a very large, hard lump in my throat, right behind my right tonsil. I'm starting to get worried; I live in a house with someone who smokes, so my mom and I are hoping desperately that I am not breathing in so much second-hand smoke that I am developing throat cancer from it. Plus, my acid reflux has been acting up more than usual lately, almost to the point of vomiting. I am always out of school, at least three times in two weeks. We've visited the doctor numerous times, with no success. I am desperate to find out what is going on here. I really need help!
