Hello, I am an 18 y/o male and these symptoms have been occuring for about 1-2 years now.
- Burning of Urethra (all the time, but mostly after or during urination)
- When I Urinate, the last drops DO Not come out even after shaking, i have to squeeze them out, and most of the time even when I do do that, I put my pants back on and it just drips out
- There is a terrible ODOR coming from my crotch area, (which is PROBABLY UNRELATED to the other problems) that is only fixed with a shower, but about 3 hours after my shower is when it returns. I use powder and everything and still no fix.
So basically when I first had these problems I would pour soap down my urethra to try and clean it (around 14 y/o) and I think this may have damaged it to this day. I went to 3 urologists and go no results on anything. I've had urine culture and urinalysis both performed with no results. I reccomended to the doctor that it could be urethritis but he ensured me that would be picked up by the test. My urine flow test also looked fine. But after I ejaculate, the flow is very split, and comes out looking like a sprinkler. The only option left would be to get a cystoscopy, which I heard will just make the pain WORSE, and what does it even find? I have no sexual history with any partner and NO infection. I took azithromycin 1mg that I had lying around to ensure that it wasn't urethritis, and guess what, it didn't do anything.
So here are my questions for you all:
1. I am on Zoloft 50 mg for about 2 years and can not get off because of the awful withdrawl symptoms, could this be the cause of my discomfort?
2. Have you ever experienced something similar? If so, how did you cure it?
3. What does this SOUND like to you? Keep in mind it is not an infection.
4. Should I get the cystocospy and deal with more pain?
