Hi

Im 25, a virgin and had been circumcised as a child.

The last few days i noticed white stuff on the under-side of the penis.
I had visited a GP, who painfully scrapped some off - upto 8 bits of hardened smegma. (Under remaining foreskin)

He advises me to visit a surgeon to undergo a procedure that removes more foreskin.

However, I have read many posts that suggest there are oral medication and techniques that can sort this out permanently without surgery.

Any advice / help / comments will be appreciated.
