I am in my mid-twenties and I am in a long-term relationship. My boyfriend is the only guy I've had sex with but we didn't have sex regularly for awhile due to distance and stress on my end which impacted my sex drive. He is temporarily relocated for work, so we have to depend on visits for now until the fall. He was back in the area for about a week and he stayed with me. This was the beginning of April. We had sex once a day for most days because I was feeling up to it (less stress, hooray!). We used condoms every single time and he always pulls out just before he is about to ejaculate. I tend to have anxiety about pregnancy so I am always the one to put the condom on him and make sure to pinch the tip/check for air bubbles. The condoms never broke. I get my period around the 22nd and it lasts until around the 27th/28th of each month. Although they are heavy, they are regular. Once again, he visited me for about a week the first week of April. Around April 10th/11th, I started to feel some cramps, HORRIBLE tender breasts (this is what really bothered me, they also got a little bigger), moodiness, hot/cold chills, and achy back pains. I read that this could simply be symptoms of ovulation, but I am still worried because I rarely ever experience it THIS early before my period. I have experienced all these symptoms before just as PMS, but I can't recall how much earlier it was because I never really had to worry since I wasn't having sex then. I have not missed my period yet. I am expecting it in about 4-5 days. I HAVEN'T haven't been vomiting, experiencing any spotting, experiencing any weird cravings, or any other symptoms other than the ones I described above. I have to note that usually 2 days before my period and the day of my period, I get REALLY sick. I experience the WORST nausea, heavy bleeding, breast tenderness, mood swings, higher body temp, horrible perspiration, back pain. It's just weird that I'm seeing some of these much earlier now. At first, I thought it was possibly related to changing my activity level.. I started going for walks/jogs and using the elliptical about 2 weeks ago since the weather is nicer here but I cut the time/intensity level when I started getting these symptoms since they don't make me feel well. Before that, I wasn't working out or exercising regularly due to a busy schedule. I am not overweight or anything. I am 5'7" and about 115lbs. I am probably just freaking myself out, but I am not sure. Should I really be worried or do you think my anxiety is just taking me for a ride?
