I recently had sex about five or so times in a 24-48 hour time span, but I don't believe he carried anything.
I've tried washing my vag out in the shower and that usually helps some, but its not making any difference. And I can just drink a lot of water and my vag will stop burning but that's not helping now either.

It sounds like you could have a urinary tract infection. It's common for women to get post sex.
I suggest you go to urgent care immediately and get treated.
