Hi i'm 30 yrs old I have pcos ovarian syndrom, I've been on mediforman for 6 months I'm havin regular periods
I just had a period a week ago now i'm having pain in my right side an brown snot like discharge an it has a order
what can this be?
I was wondering also how can you tell when your ovalating ? I know that sounds crazy I'm 30 and can't tell.
I have no children an I want to become pregnaunt like I said I've got pcos an its hard to conceive.
can someone give me some advise. I'm over weight also I need to lose 150 pds can some
