are the pimples inside of your vagina or around it? r they stingy or sore or anything?

On the outside. Heck yeah they are sore, they hurt like hell if you
touch them the slightest, it was so bad I couldn't even sleep one night even when I didn't wear anything tried to let it air out with nothing to rub against it. I got rid of mine simply by soaking in soapy bath water for 20 minutes. After the first soak I could already tell it was starting to get better. I did that a couple more times before they went away.
