I am 24 years old and not sexually active.
about a year ago a really painful bump appeared on the lip of my vagina, a small hole opened after two weeks and probably drained all the inflammation. To this day I didnt go to the doctor and I do not know what it was.
The problem I have these days is mach worse. For about a month now, I have a painful bump near the anus, it is probrbly hemorrhoids. I tried to treat it with creams that doesn't require prescription, it did not help so much. What happened was that after three weeks a hole was created in that bump which drains some yellow liquid discharge and some blood. Since then most gases (fart) supposed to be released from the anus, are released from my vagina or a little portion of them is released from the tiny hole that was formed in the hemorrhoid (which is really painful).
Could someone explain what is happening to me?

You should see your doctor. It could be Bartholin cysts, it occurs on either side of the lower part of the labia majora, the outside of the vagina. They can become very large, like the side of a walnut and are usually noticed because of rapid growth in size and pain. Treatment includes warm sitz baths and incision and drainage if needed.

Yes, it sounds like hemorrhoids. It is believed generally that constipation and straining to have bowel movements promote hemorrhoids and that hard stools can traumatize existing hemorrhoids. It is recommended, therefore, that individuals with hemorrhoids soften their stools by increasing the fiber in their diets. Many over-the-counter products are sold for the treatment of hemorrhoids. These often contain the same drugs that are used for treating anal symptoms such as itching or discomfort.
