Okay, this is a bit of an unpleasant topic, but I did a quick search and there hasn't been much discussion on something like this.

For the past few weeks (months?), I've experienced light to medium bleeding during defecation.. except it's not coming from my anus. I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure it's from my vaginal opening (not my urethral opening).

I've had two UTI's before but they've both been treated. (But like I said, I don't think it's from my urethral opening)

I'm not sexually active, so it can't be an STI.

I'm 18, and my period is fairly regular. (Oh, also, this happens during all times of my cycle)

I'm not comfortable with going to my doctor, and I don't have an obgyn, so I'd just like some advice first.

Thanks!
Hi there, if you are bleeding during defecation, it is possible that you might have the beginning of a recto-vaginal fistula. There is actually a huge thread on it here that you can check out but that might help you get started. Does that help you with advice to at least get started?
