i know its late to reply to this but if you didnt go to the doctor you need to go now because you might have an infection which is treatable but if you wait for too long you might end up making it worse bynot treating it and will cause serious problems in the future. yellow vaginal discharge is a sign of an infection and even if it goes away for a while, it doesnt mean the infection is gone.
