i'm 38 yrs-old and only had this problem for less than a year. i'm not on birth control but i am on blood pressure meds. i started the meds i'm on now about 2 yrs ago. started having the discharge about 9-10 months ago. i got pregnant in about september so my doc changed my meds. the discharge went completely away. i had a miscarriage in january and my doc put me back on the first meds and the discharge came back.

I posted as a Guest a few posts ago, I am 23 and don't have high blood pressure but I, too, had a miscarriage in January and these strange symptoms seem to have gotten a little worse since then as well. Strange correlation.

CYTOLYTIC VAGINOSIS
Hi guys - after YEARS of tests and research - I have finally learned that when you have a recurring white vaginal discharge that tests negative for yeast and STDs it is CYTOLYTIC VAGINOSIS - here is a really brief article explaining exactly what it is - http://www.virginia.edu/studenthealth/documents/Cytolytic%20Vaginosis.pdf
The treatment for it is so simple even I couldn't believe it -- Just sit in a bath water that has a bit of baking soda in it and in extreme cases - mix baking soda and water together and make a paste and apply it to the sore external parts of the vagina.
It literally is that simple.
It took me 32 years to find out the name os this condition - I've suffered from it most of my adult life. I hope this information helps you!

Its like because a bunch of us have this it makes it normal, and being normal makes it ok? hell no
I dont care what my doctor says this c**p is not normal and it is absolutely not ok for sex to cause me physical pain (no, not the fun kind)
There has to be some explanation for what is going on, otherwise I would have just always had it, it wouldnt just randomly develop
