I have recently found a hard lump next to my vagina, on the right hand side...it is not round in shape, but slightly irregular/elongated? It has become very painful and I'm really worried, anyone suffered the same?

i had the same thing! it was really embarrassing so i didn't tell my dr.
i just kept it really really clean and didn't wear thongs, nothing that irritated it or anything and after a few weeks it went away.
