Hi guys. About three weeks ago, I noticed a foul smelling odor coming from my vagina. The smell was familiar and realized I had smelled the same smell back in august when I had sex with the sameness person. It is January now and I'm not sure if the smell has been consistent but from the last time I checked, it was. I have also been spotting a few days before my period. I first noticed it around April 2017 and it's gotten a little bit heavier since then. I just assumed it was normal since it was happening every month. Because of the spotting, my periods are not as long (they were 4 days and now they're about 3 excluding the spotting). The period I just had (ended today), I was spotting heavy for about 2-3 days and then I had my regular period. About two weeks ago, I got sick with a (somewhat nonproductive) cough, fever (now that I think about it, I've been having a reoccurring fever since May 2017), and a stuffy nose. At first I thought I had an STD but I don't think I do anymore because I got checked for chlaymidia, gonerrhea, HIV & syphillis around October or November. The symptoms might match up but the time frames don't make sense for me to have one. I don't have pain urinating or during sex either (never have). We both have each other oral sex.
I want to go to a doctor but I don't have health insurance and I can't afford to be jumping from place to place paying out of pocket fees. I am 19 years old.
