I had anterior prolapse bladder lift surgery a week ago. A blood vessel was "nicked" resulting in bleeding and a hematoma. Low blood count and low blood pressure. Fever the first night. Stayed in the hospital 2 nights. Home recovery has been slow. I'm not doing much of anything. Sitting, napping, reading. I get up and walk around the house regularly. Current medication = 3 200 mg Advil first thing in the AM and 3 at night. Pain level is manageable. Problem: very painful vaginal pressure, especially at night. I'm siting here hurting. It feels worse than it did when I was dealing with the prolapse - a similar feeling, but worse. I go back for a 2 week check-up next week. Should I be worried? Any suggestions for relief? Thank you.
