I agree with goodwillhunting, much like your eye muscles can twitch when deficient/low in magnesium your vagina is a large muscle so can also twitch. I have had these on and off for years and find I don’t get them when I supplement with magnesium. So maybe a correlation there. But I am not a doctor so please go see one if it’s making you worry.
