i underwent a varicocele surgery and saw rapid improvement in semen count... but now after 9 months it seems like the semen count started to go down again.. moreover i consumed alcohol very frequently in that period... and i feel that i was not much careful in my bowel action too , resulted in constipation, which i feel i couldnt feel free and that holds the semen count in its control cos my doc said constipation too can lead to varicocele and recurrence of it... Is it possible for me to increase my semen count... Also i feel some slow movements in the scrotal sac... please help..

There are a lot of factors at play here, not just the fact that you had a varicocele surgery some time ago.
Yes, you may feel some movement in your scrotum. That is normal as the testicle raises and lowers to adjust temperature.
I am unfamiliar if drinking will affect the fertility, but now that you've stopped, you have a better chance at becoming a father, for any number of reasons... including being more attractive to the ladies, not smelling of alcohol, and perhaps some medical reasons.
If you have major concerns about your fertility, I'd return to see your doctor for a follow up. I think he's less busy than God is right now, and he may see you quicker! ;-)

Am so grateful for your reply.... thank u.. However i would like to produce my history though and which was the main reason i had all those fears...
Am an severe addict to porn from the age of 18 i believe.. i simply watch porn on the net and masturbate and hold myself when i reach the climax.. Then again force the penis to erect.. i'll ejaculate however ,but only at the end of 1 or 2 hours sometimes its been 4 hours too... I strongly agree that am a depressed soul and i guess that has led to me to such an addiction... i realised but still am not completely away from those,,, when i think of my fertility and future life only am able to be away from such an awkard habit.... only fear keeps me away from it..
Then between 18-24 years i smoked and a chain smoker for two years during that period... but i have quitted it completely though.. smoking harms sperm production i have heard, will it still have an effect even after i quitted it?..
Then after the varicocele surgery i had regular food habits, nutritious intakes like juice etc and maintained the bowel action properly but then only i again fell for alchohol and my regularity got affected..
My precum used to be semifluidic, but these days so watery.... dono why...
what i wanna know is even if the sperm count has come down again, will it be possible to increase it and maintain it if we hav e a regular food habit and healthy bowel action.??..
I also have gastric problem i guess due to my stress and irregular food habits.... who will love to eat if he fears bout his fatherhood? am no exception... every time i feel something filled in my stomach and the back region that too if i feel like erecting its harder for me when i feel like that.. will that be a reason for me not having proper erection or its jus fear... added my penis is shrunken for the past 1 week.. i visited my doc for a pain in the stomach and constipation and he gave medicines and suspected it to be some problem in colon area he said am not aware... something connected with digestion... he recommende me for a semen test again.... am so scared.. i dono..
