I'm really confused, my upper left arm keeps spazzing out. It'll throb somewhat, just in one place, and it's my bloodstream making it throb. I can't tell if it's the veins or arteries. It usually only thobs like that when I'm laying down, so I can't sleep. Other than that on little spot, my circulatory system feels normal, my pulse and heartbeat are normal. What's wrong with my throbbing arm, should I ice it or something?

Hello LIonfire5224,

Well I suspect that maybe you have problems with your blood pressure but it is very stupid to try to guess what is really going on. I would suggest that you visit your doctor about this and you can do all the blood work and some additional analysis to be sure that your blood circulation and your blood pressure are fine.

In case that you have elevated blood pressure you will need to change your lifestyle somewhat. First of all you will need to adjust your nutrition a little bit but don’t worry this is not that hard. In addition to this you will need to avoid stressful situations in your life. I hope that this was helpful.
