Im very upset and confused. I had my period about 4 weeks ago and this week woke up with blood everywhere i ran to the bathroom in pain, i have very bad cramps and my blood is in clots it doesn't look like my period. Could i have been pregnant and miscarried?

sounds like a possibility, but you need to see a doctor or better yet go to the hospital as it does not sound normal they will soon tell you what is happening...
