I was on Ortho-low for about 6 years and before then, My periods were perfectly normal and regular. I started taking birth control because I was young and didn't want to be a young mother. I'm not 19 years old and I stopped taking my birth control and it's been 6 months since I've had a period, but I get horrible cramps and headaches and so much more as if I was going to get a period, but nothing ever shows. I went to several dr.'s to see what could be done (Second opinion type thing) and there's nothing. So in my opinion, Birth control ruined everything for me! My dr told me that I would have to have sex every day to try to get pregnant and I would have to buy a ovulation kit. I don't mind having sex, but I don't want to go through the hassle buying a ovulation kit every single week or month.

Hi I have a question, I've been off birth control for about a year and 2 months my periods are very irregular I'm pretty must always on my period i only get off for a couple days then I'm back on it. It's really frustrating so I was wondering what can I do to try to make them regular and try to conceive? :-(
I stopped my birth control back in 2007ish and once in awhile I'd get my cycle on track and then sometimes I'd miss one, I got my period on oct 13th ovulated on the 27th so it seems and now I'm waiting for this period. Should I even be worried?
