I literally have the same thing. It's by my bikini line too. But I have never had sex.

My husband had that - it turned out to be an ingrown hair that he had pestered, causing an scratch/open wound on the cyst-he ended up with cellulitis, in the hospital for 2 days before it was finally lanced, because the infection was starting to lean towards sepsis, and then out of work for almost 2 weeks with the wound be packed daily and having to heal from the inside out-this can be very dangerous - see your doctor

It's an infected boil. Once you get them you're more likely to get them back. You should let your Dr know so he can Prescribe an antibiotic for you.

It is an ingrown hair or a cyst. If you shave that area it will give u a greater chance of getting one. Put triple antibiotic ointment three times a day, wash w soap and water before applying. If it persists go to the dr to get oral anbx.

Most likely an in-growing hair likely caused by shaving, pretty sure its not diabetes. Leave it alone, don't play with and it should go down after a week or 2. They can be reoccurring so don't worry if you had it before. Don't squeeze it, it will only hurt and take longer to heal!

I have one too- very unusual. I have gotten ingrown hairs before, but this is different. Noticed it about three days ago- more cyst like, but hard. I had put a hot compress on it, and nothing happened. Also would not pop-more painful than an ingrown hair. Put some antibiotic cream on it for a few days, and then this morning, put another hot compress on it (not from the tap hot, boiling water hot- pour some in a cup and put in a washcloth, then when it's cooled of enough to handle, wring out and apply). After doing this, it "opened", some puss came out, followed by some blood. It's now half the size- still applying antibacterial cream. In another two days, I will do the same thing, which will hopefully resolve it for good. Anytime you have something like this, I think it's probably always a good idea to apply a hot compress and let nature take it's course- which it will!
