I just had one this week too and it got big and painful. It’s an ingrown hair or hairs and also called a boil. When it’s inflamed and red, not much you can do but hot compressed and taking an antibiotic like ceftin for 10 days. Once it comes to a head you can lance or squeeze it (probably not recommended) but I did and it took 2 full days to completely drain. Now I have a hard knot there but it’s getting smaller. I put Clearasil on it 2-3 times a day and it helped to reduce the swelling and to bring it to a head.

What you described is a pustula pelvic pimple. Inflammation or infected puss sack benieth the skin. You picked it, it went down and perhaps you noticed it is still there and now much bigger. The puss will keep producing inside the skin but do not pick again when tempted to. It makes it worse. It will become bigger. It will sometimes feel a sensation like a tiny itch. It may get infected. So leave it alone. I too have a pustula on my pelvic area and seen my gynocologist who examined and told me leave it alone and if it bothers me, set a warm wet wash cloth on for several minutes. I wish I listened to her but NO I got temped to pop it and did and what a big mistake that was. In doing so, I enlarged do to irritating it and now I sometimes feel sensations like tiny pain or itch. It releives with a warm wet wash cloth. Doctor said they can locally dig it out, but may still return so my best advice is leave it alone. Hope this helps.

Popped those more than once, for me they are only big blind pimples. When they bleed they are empty. 2 or 3 pops, 1 every 3 days and they are gone.
Oh, it feels so good popping those...

I know I’m late but you’re problem is not an ingrown hair. It’s herpes. It’s normally One lump and not white. They don’t pop up in multiples.

Try magnesium sulphate paste to draw out the pus & reduce the swelling - if that fails, go to the doctors
