I am a 19 year old man who is still a virgin. I have only had oral sex with one partner and she is clean. I have two wart type looking things on the stem of my penis. However, I have had these wart things since I was about 14. Is it some type of STD or can you just get warts on you penis. Help me clarify what this is because it is scaring me.
