we didn't use a condom so I took an i-pill and now 3-4 days later I'm suddenly bleeding?

I'm 16 and a 4 months old I had my first intercourse with my bf almost 2 months before and after that we usually had sex using condoms and last time i was in periods almost it was my last day and I don't bleed much on the last day we didn't use condom so I ate an i-pill and now after 3-4 days later I m suddenly bleeding why? Is there any chance of getting pregnant? Is something going wrong or is it normal??
