So, I had "sex" on the first day of my period, he went in maybe 2-3 times and I stopped him because I had a tampon in, and i just wasn't ready to have sex.. (It's been awhile) he didn't cum.. But I missed my period this month, and now I am "spotting" am I pregnant? My periods have always been messed up due to my POS. But I am freaking out.

You are UNLIKELY to get pregnant having sex on the day your period starts. It is well before you'd ovulate, usually not until day 11 at the earliest. Sperm can only survive UP TO about 5 days. Spotting, implantation bleeding, also usually occurs about a week before you expect your period.
Do you mean PCOS? Being irregular will make it hard to track.
You can take a home test now, it's been more than 2 weeks. Use your first morning urine, your wake up pee, for the best accuracy.
I don't think you are pregnant.
