I see. Try taking a longer break between pushups. Do five, then wait about a minute and a half, then do five more. What do you think?

Hi there! It's been about a week since I last heard from you. How's it going? Are you doing more pushups and situps now? How are your wrists feeling?

That's fantastic to hear! I actually used the perfect pushup machine. I think it is mostly a waste of money. I haven't seen any benefit to using it and it actually hurts the HELL out of my hands so I don't know if it would benefit you at all. I think it probably will end up hurting your wrists. It concerns me a little that it keeps hurting you, so I suggest looking up proper pushup technique. Let me know if you're doing it wrong or something, okay? :-)

I'm glad to hear that you're doing better or that you were at least. Are you still on the forums? I'd like an update if you wouldn't mind giving me one. Thanks!

That's so great! I imagine that your muscles will still be a little weak, but as you work they will get stronger. YOu sort of have to work really hard at the beginning and then the payoff comes later. If you can do it straight for a couple months, it really does help you and gets easier. Trust me. ;) Keep me updated, okay?

Have you been giving yourself rest days? When you are weak muscularly you really have to give yourself some rest time for your body to recover. Usually I'd recommend working out no more than two or three times a week. Have you been doing that?

yes i have :-) it hurts too much without the breaks heh. thank you very very much for your advice! but the breaks also slow down the weight loss and make me gain after a day or two but still works none the less :-)

Hi watchtowerkid,
I'm sorry if you have already mentioned this, but I'm interested in your exercises. What exactly do you do and how much?
And can you tell me something about your diet?

Regards
