It is not simple but not impossible to get rid of it. I write here some important tips to reduce weight and minimize fat level. You are little age but keep motivated by focus on weight goal.
Regular work out and these work out should be simple and less time taken
Do only for 20 mints, this time is enough for you,
Change eating habits,
Neglect all the fat and specially chocolate, pizza, spicy foods items. These are full of cholesterol and fat point of view.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.
Use juice after every 2 hours to keep body energy level.
Use vegetables mostly .
