Hi. I'm trying to lose weight so I started a diet almost a month ago. I found sugar cravings particularly difficult, which I cheat by making a dessert usually by chopping up bits of fruits and mixing them with fat-free yogurt (chilled). This is healthy version of an ice cream, or at least I hope so. :) I use banana or apple with 200g yogurt. I sometimes add oatmeal for crunchiness. It's the fruit I usually use in my diet so I think I can't go wrong with this combo. How do you fight cravings for sweets? Do you make any desserts that don't affect weight loss?
