Hi, Can someone share their best technique on losing weight? I don't have diabetes or any illness however because of my daily tasks as a cook, I noticed that I slightly gaining weight (though not over weight) I still do exercise (not everyday) and healthy diet but somehow I still gain weight and noticed that I get tired much faster. My friend is telling me about trying c02 treatment as it can help me losing some weight and enhance my cardio but I don't have any idea on how it works. Is there anyone can tell me about c02? Anyone tried it before? I'll also do my research and hopefully I get the answers to my questions. Thanks!
