Is there anybody who has tried wendie plan dieting and managed to lose some weight? Thanks

Once I tried to. I started reading it, and then I got lost in all those points. Change them every day if you want to lose weight from low, high, low, very high, very low, high, med. high…bla, bla, bla, and if you don’t change the points you won’t lose any, and I just gave up. It was too much for me. I need something that I can eat according to a plan somebody else made, as I don’t have very much time for organizing my food. Anyway, it is just the way I work, maybe the diet will suit you. Good luck anyway!!!!
