Hi,
My Name is David Abraham. I live in the UK. I am 15 years old.
What happened was I was having a bath and when I came out and looked in the mirror, I realised I have a black spot on my back. In the black spot is a hole. The hole is bigger than my first finger. I put my finger in the hole and I realised that i can lift up the skin and find another layer of skin there. I accidently tore my skin around the spot causing an even bigger hole where i discovered hair, hair coming from my head going down. As I went further, I realised that I have a female organ at the front, Breasts. Now I am a 15 yr old boy, so how could I have female organs as well as male.
What i am trying to say is that under my skin, there is another layer of skin which does not hurt or anything...
what should i do??

Hello! What you are going through is probably a side effect of a drug abuse although you are too young to be taking drugs and not to mention experiencing it’s severest side effects.
Is this the first time you experienced this revelation? Have you noticed the black spot before?
I think you need to see a doc and check if this is a long-term effect or if there are chances of reversal. You may have to stop using the drug in order to go back to where you were before you started taking them.
If you have any emotional problems regarding your body change, maybe you should talk to your parents, so that they could find you proper counseling. Talking therapies are really helpful.
If it is hard for you to talk to your parents, you may look at the yellow pages for numbers of social services that provide help for the people in need.
If there are other issues you would like to talk about, feel free to contact me, I’ll be around.

Hi, I stumbled across your forum and this particular message stuck with me. I found it interesting and sad that only ONE person replied to this 15 year old boy in a year's time. Even worse, his "problem" was semi-dimissed as drug related.
When i first read his question I may have mis-understood that he had a black hole in his back where he discovered skin, hair and female "organs"? Then, upon re-reading, it sounded more like he discovered a vagina-like area below his scrotum?
I would like to know if he has gone to see a doctor.
He obviously has some questions as most teens do, about their changing bodies. I think he tried to describe his "condition" as best he could but may not have been able to convey to us what is really going on with his body.
Nevertheless, I think that telling him to stop taking drugs is at best, an assumption. One should never jump to conclusions so quickly! This boy may have a genetic anomoly, a birth defect or simply a misunderstanding of how his own body is forming.
I'd like to know how David Abraham in the UK is doing today :-)
