I would say your chances of being pregnant are slim to none, although pre-cum is more potent than actual cum itelf. With you using so me contraceptives I would say don't worry about this but in future be safer. Remember plan B aka morning after pills are not healthy for you to continually taking.
Plan B can also mess with your period make you irregular or not have it for awhile
