I have been very active lately. I run, cycle and swim. Although I am not preparing for the triathlon I might as well be one of the competitors since I feel very strong. I feel pain just above knee the morning after my workout. Since I work out every day, I feel pain on a daily basis. What do you think about it?
You are probably grossly over trained and you need a nice and long rest. Your body is telling you that you have been abusing it and that you should stop. You can also experience loss of strength and even a decline in your form. After a few weeks of complete rest things should be back to normal. If the pain persists even after that you should see your doctor.
