what could be the cause of cultured and yellowish discharge with itching after masturbation?

hi, these days i masterbate a-lot when ever i masterbates more than 3 times by viginal discharge changed after few and its cultured and its color yellowish greenish. and i also have itching down there when this discharge comes please reply is it normal or any kind of infection? when i do nothing the discharge color is whiteish
