I've been battling with anxiety and depression for over a year now. Unfortunately in this process I've become hypochondriac, which is certainty not helping. Anyways, I would like to know if any of you knows or had this happen. Sometimes I get these weird sensation(something moving, hat/cold feeling, pressure, like something it's blocking my blood flow) in the back of my head. When I get them sometimes some part of my bodies go numb, my mouth gets dry and derealization kicks in. Also, when this happens I can't think correctly or concentrate and I get confuse, scare and sometimes desperate. These sensation can last for a while, I don't know how much exactly but it's more than 10 minutes.

I been taking celexa 20mg and yesterday stared taking Hydroxyzine also, a doctor prescribe to me while I see a psychiatrist. I'm also going to see a neurologist too.

A year ago I had an MRI and CT scan because I thought a had a brain tumor. It could be my anxiety playing trick on me again. Does this sound familiar? Have anyone had these happen?

The worst part about my anxiety are the physical sensation and derealization, they trick me into believing I'm either going crazy or have some terminal disease.

It's hard! But I know (if i don't die from a some terminal disease, lol) that I'll get better.

I just want some advices before my appointment with the psychiatrist which is the 30th of this month.

Thanks!
