No that doesn't sound like an orgasm. For girls theres no real physical sign of orgasm. It's just something you feel. It's very intense so when you have one you'll know it.
It sounds like you ejaculated. Some girls ejaculate without having an orgasm. I orgasm without ejaculating.. it just depends on the person.
