? what food should i avoid if my blood is o negative and i want to loss weight.

Your blood type is most successful in losing weight when you consume seafood. Staying away from grains and fat is something you must do if you want to lose weight. this is so helpful to me too! i have just found out that i an O- and finding out there is a diet according to blood type is exciting! although i really dont like fish, i will try and eat it regularly
