Hey johnathan I understand your frustration... it's never easy dealing with things that are wrong with our man parts. I have never heard of using the cream that your doctor gave you for warts . Are you sure he or she said they were HPV? Have you looked up fordyce spots or pearly penile Papuals?

Ok so if that's what they are they are harmless and non-contagious. You can have them frozen or possibly surgically removed. How Long has it been since you last masturbated ?

Awesome so if that's what they are then you have nothing to worry about. They are completely normal and most guys get them as they go through puberty

Well I don't want to say for sure because I haven't seen what these bumps look like but if they are truly fordacy spots then no they are not contagious. Maby stop all medication and see what happens to them. Also I wouldn't. Be in too much of a rush to have sex. There are a lot of risks and reaponsibilities that go with it.

Well protection helps a lot if used correctly (yea there are correct ways to use it). But remember condoms can break or slip off. Do you know how to properly use one ? Also they are only as good as what they cover so any skin in your penis/ pubic area or scrotum that are not covered by the condom can still become infected by diseases like syphilis herpes hpv ect
